Senior Consultant

Your role as a Senior Consultant at Fortrum

Your knowledge and expertise will add value to the following activities:

Consultancy: Offering advice, new insights and expertise on mortgages to organisations to help them improve their business performance in terms of strategy, profitability, operations, management and structure. You will also be responsible for reviewing the deliverables of (Junior) Consultants.
Project & Program Management: Working directly with clients to ensure that the project or program deliverables fall within scope, time and budget.
Training & supporting Junior Consultants: Acting as a point of contact for all questions regarding consultancy and business development.
Knowledge-sharing: You will give presentations in conferences/seminars and publish articles in professional literature on mortgages. You will also be responsible for organizing peer-to-peer meetings so that the consultants learn from each other.
Stakeholder Management and Acquisition: You will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones.

Who you are

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, ideally with a background in finance or a related field, to join the Fortrum team.

Fluent English – Speaking & Writing
HBO-level education
Microsoft Office expertise (Excel & Word)
Analytical tooling (Python or R)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with- and in-depth knowledge of the Dutch (and international) mortgage market.

Certifications required for the position, or willingness to achieve it:

Valid WFT Basis and WFT Hypothecair Krediet certificate
Completed an AVG/GDPR course
Up-to-date with developments in the sector by completing weekly Permanent Actueel assignments
