Senior Reviewer

Your knowledge and expertise will add value to the following activities:

Loan File Review / Exception Check / Quality Control
Perform a loan file review by re-underwriting the loan file according to the policy and report any exceptions and findings to the Lender. Reviews the exceptions and findings of the Junior Reviewer before getting back to the lenders and provide feedback to the Junior Reviewers after completing a quality control.
Building and maintaining relationships with Lender
Keeping a tight relationship with the lenders by informing them about the progression of the loan reviews and discussing any findings and exception in a professional manner.
Onboarding / training / supporting Junior Reviewers
Onboard new Junior Reviewers for a specific project in the first period of their contract and keep the Team Lead up to date about the progress. Train and support Junior reviewers with reviewing loan files during their contract period and act as a point of contact for all questions regarding loan files.
Supporting Team Lead
Supporting the Team Lead by being proactive when setting up new projects. Gives feedback about the progression of Junior Reviewers. Keeping Team Lead up to date about the loan file workflow.

Who you are

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, with a background in finance or a related field, to join the Fortrum team.

Skills we are looking for

You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a mortgage acceptor or mortgage advisor;
You have a good command of the English language orally and in writing;
The knowledge of an additional language such as German is an advantage.

Certifications required for the position:

Valid WFT Basis and WFT Hypothecair Krediet certificate
